   Registration as HR-ATC/HR-CTC may only take place with consent of the authorized representative of your travel agency.
   Information provided as “travel agency information” during registration will be featured on the Hahn Air website- this is the picture and logo you upload, the name, office type, address and the contact details of your agency. The provided information may be adjusted at any time by the registered agent. You are responsible for any such information and, with the upload, guarantee that you hold the exclusive rights to such information and that its publication is not prohibited by laws, infringes rights of third parties or is offensive to the public.
   With registration as HR-ATC/HR-CTC you agree to receive regular information about benefits, services and events. All communication will be send to the email-address used for registration.
   HR-ATC/HR-CTC benefit from several service offers made by Hahn Air to travel agencies. The services are provided voluntarily and free of charge and Hahn Air may at any time withdraw its offer at its sole discretion. The registration does not entitle any travel agency registered as HR-ATC/HR-CTC to represent themselves as contractors, employees, authorized agents or representatives of Hahn Air. This service offer does not entitle registered travel agencies to any compensation or commission payment, nor does it entitle to the use of Hahn Airs name, logo and trademarks, with the exception of the use of the term Hahn Air Airport Ticketing Centre (HR-ATC)/ Hahn Air City Ticketing Centre (HR-CTC) and the materials provided by Hahn Air to be used by HR-ATC/HR-CTC.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms and Conditions are governed and will be interpreted in accordance with German Law. The court of jurisdiction for any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for business customers and international private customers is the competent court in Darmstadt, Germany; the court of jurisdiction for national private customers is their locally competent court.
