Why should I issue a Hahn Air (HR-169) e-ticket?
No-one else offers the same level of access we do. Our IET platform is the world's largest and has IET agreements with the majority of IET airlines.
Even if airlines don't have IET agreements with each other, you can still ticket them together on HR-169 e-tickets if they have an IET with us.

Are there any rules for entering the ticket number?
Each operating airline has its own format for entering ticket numbers. For clarification, you can contact the airlines directly using the airline profiles section of our website.
How do I confirm special requests (sports equipment, wheelchair, etc.), waitlists or lost baggage issues?
Hahn Air's reservation system is not the same as the systems used by operating airlines. You should therefore contact the operating airline directly for all special requests, waitlists and lost baggage issues. (See: Airline profiles).

How can I apply for Hahn Air (HR-169) ticketing authority?

How can we apply for a refund?
BSP Users:
Please fill in a refund application via BSP link and attach all documentation to avoid any unnecessary rejections (e.g. a copy of the PNR history in case of any schedule changes).
If you are requesting a refund on a paper ticket, please send a copy of the refund application and the ticket itself (plus all unused flight coupons) to the following address:

If you are inquiring about a refund due to your passenger being downgraded, simply send the boarding cards and original tickets to the same address.
ARC Users:
Please fill in a refund notice via ARC or refund the ticket via the GDS.
What if an operating carrier makes a schedule change? Can Hahn Air authorise a refund if no alternative flights are offered or if the given alternatives are not acceptable for the customer?

attaching a print-out of the reservation and the history or the HR document number. We'll return a written refund authority to you as soon as possible.
Can we reissue an HR e-ticket if the operating carrier reschedules a flight or changes the departure times of the booked flights?
Yes, you can reissue an HR e-ticket free of charge as an even exchange. We recommend adding the endorsement "invol reissued due to schedule change of (flight number and date)".
What happens if the customer does not accept the alternative flight offered by the operating carrier? Are we allowed to rebook the passenger and reissue the ticket?
Yes, you can rebook the passenger’s reservation. However, you must rebook the passenger to the same airline, on the same departure date and with the same booking class. You will have to reissue the document and add to the endorsement box "invol rebooked due to schedule change (flight number/date)".
Please note: If you rebook to another airline or choose a higher booking class, the operating carrier will recalculate the ticket value and send us a bill. This will result in an ADM (agency debit memo) to your agency.
What happens if I have to amend or cancel a booking?
If you cancel a reservation you will be liable for any cancellation fees levied by the airline. Fees vary depending on the airline and the type of ticket/fare that you have purchased. Please note that most "low fares" are non-refundable.
It may also be possible to amend a booking, but this will again depend on the conditions of your particular ticket/fare type. All changes will be subject to amendment fees.

Can I revalidate a Hahn Air (HR-169) e-ticket?
No. Hahn Air does not support any revalidation. All Hahn Air (HR-169) tickets need to be reissued in case of any changes.
If we are a non IATA agency, can we order tickets directly at Hahn Air?
No, Hahn Air tickets are issued exclusively by IATA travel agencies and IATA ticketsellers.
